They
say in every crisis there is an opportunity. This is much true, as the super
typhoon that wrecked havoc to the Visayas region has once again opened the
opportunity for Filipino people to be reunited, to show its strong affection
and to fully express its highest level of generosity.
After
this blogger posted a CALL to help the victims of typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban
City, responses from LOGSAC members, friends, patrons and even just plain
readers were overwhelming. There were instant financial and material
pledges.

A
lot of initiatives have also been crafted to raise funds for the same purpose,
which this group had eagerly and actively participated. Other members opted to
channel their helps to credible foundations while there were others who
personally handed their assistance directly to the victims.

To
those kind-hearted individuals who channeled their donations through this
organizations, thank you so much. To the members and friends who shared amount
of money, thank you for always responding to the CALL.
On
December 7, the second phase of ALL FOR LOVE was successfully held in Sta.
Cruz, Davao del Sur. It was a reggaethon featuring performers Bobai Aleleng,
Ugtas Force and One Way Reggae aimed at raising funds as well, and was
facilitated by all cause-oriented groups in the municipality.

Once again, our sincerest thanks to those who
were directly and indirectly involved with such CALL. While we appreciate all
the efforts, it definitely didn’t end there. We still have a lot of things to
do to help our brothers and sisters in Visayas. We still accept whatever
donations for them.
